Welcome: We welcome
our guests who are visiting with us for the first time. Please join us

Family Church Picnic :
Please
be reminded that this Saturday, 9/30, from 10am-2pm we will have our Church
Picnic at George R. Bush Park . If you need other information, please
contact Karen Ho at 713-561-8188. See you there!

Church Wide Prayer Meeting: Come to
our quarterly church wide prayer meeting on 10/4(Wednesday), at 7:30 pm
in the chapel. We will lift up our praises to the Lord Almighty
and pray over the needs of the world, nation, and church.

Open Childcare Position (Paid):
Do you love kids and are available Friday evenings? We have something
just for you. We are looking for an additional person to care for and
play with our kids (ages 3 and under). This is a paid position (must have
work permit, if applicable) and the hours are 7:30 to 10:30 pm on

Father/Daughter Retreat (Middle School): Will be
held on 10/27-29. Place: Wilderness Ridge. Cost: $ 50 per dad and $ 40
per daughter. Please take a registration form on the lobby table.

Heart Music Ministries: Will conduct
a Cantonese Evangelistic Meeting and Praise & Worship to release their
new CD Album “All By Grace” on Saturday ,September 29, 8:00pm, at
Houston Chinese Church , and on Sunday, October 1, 7:30pm at Fort Bend
Community Church . Child

Staff Itinerary:
William Hsueh, short term mission in East Asia , 9/4 - 9/27,
Fred Tow, vacation, 9/29-10/3, Linh Phan,attending
conference in Minnesota , 9/29-10/1.

City Fest: On
10/7-8, Houston will have the largest evangelistic outreach event in the
history of this city at downtown Eleanor Tinsley Park from noon to 10:00
pm. Please PRAY and invite non-Christian friends to come. Counselors are
needed to lead them to Christ. Counselors training will be on Sunday,
9/24 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm in Rm. 414.
