Welcome: We welcome
our guests who are visiting with us for the first time. Please join us
for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.
2.
CityFest
Prayer Meeting: There will be a prayer
meeting in Rm 514 at 12:30-1:00 pm today to pray for the many needs of
the CityFest., Please come.
3.
Meeting with 2006-07 Council Candidates: You
can meet the nominated candidates in Rm. 511 today at 1:30 pm. It
is a time for questions and to know them better. General membership meeting
will take place next Sunday( 10/8) after worship services to confirm these
candidates.
4.
Church Wide Prayer Meeting: Come to
our quarterly church wide prayer meeting on 10/4(Wednesday), at 8:00
pm in the chapel. We will lift up our praises to
the Lord Almighty and pray over the needs of the world, nation, and church.
5.
Father/Daughter Retreat (Middle School): Will
be held on 10/27-29. Place: Wilderness Ridge. Cost: $ 50 per dad and $
40 per daughter. Please take a registration form on the lobby.

Staff Itinerary: Fred Tow,
vacation, 9/29-10/3, Linh Phan, attend
Continual Education in St. Louis , 10/5-10/14.

Urbana
06 :
At
Urbana 06 (12/27-31) over 25,000 people will gather to worship God and
hear how He is using people to accomplish his purposes throughout the
world. You can register at www.urbana.org
. Scholarships are available from the HCC Missions Department who

City
Fest: On 10/7-8, Houston will
have the largest evangelistic outreach event in the history of this city
at downtown Eleanor Tinsley Park from noon to 10:00 pm. Please PRAY and
invite non-Christian friends to come. 4000 counselors have been trained,
another 1000 counselors are needed. A counselor training will be held
from 1:00-2:00 pm in Rm. 414. Volunteers are also needed. Please register
