Welcome: We welcome
our guests who are visiting with us for the first time. Please join us
for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.

Kids'
Sunday School Rooms : During Sunday
School at 11 am, the pre-schoolers are in Rooms 203-206, 1st-2nd
graders are in Room 208 (worship and SS), 3rd-5th begin worship in Room 210
and have their classes in Rooms 201/218 (3rd graders), 215/217 (4th),
and 219 (5th). For the pre-schoolers and younger elementary kids (1st-2nd),
please pick up your kids after the noon service.

Buddy Volunteers – There will be
an English Buddy orientation meeting today. at 1pm in Rm 412
. Sign up to be an English Buddy and make an impact on an international
student or worker in your area. Prayerfully consider volunteering today!

. Father/Son Retreat:
Will be held from 10/12 (Friday) – 10/14 (Sunday) at Wilderness
Ridge. Boys from 6th to 8 th grades and their dads are welcome. Come and
learn ways to communicate and love between fathers and sons. The cost
is $60 for dad, $45 for son, $25 each additional son. Please take a brochure
from the lobby table.

. Mentoring
A Child: Interested
in helping a young child succeed in school? Gordon Elementary has set
aside time from 2-2:45pm each school day for “enrichment” activities.
Volunteers, in one-on-one setting, will listen as a child reads, and read
good literature to the child. Material will be provided. For more information,
