for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.

Evangelistic Sunday: Next
Sunday, 9/30 is our church's Evangelistic Sunday. Please invite friends
and relatives who are searching the real meaning of life to come.

HCC
Church Family Picnic: 10/6, 10:00
am-2:00pm (raindate10/ 20) at George Bush Park . Set aside this
date for our annual picnic. Group activities. Pets on leashes welcome.

Father/Son
Retreat: Will be held from
10/12 (Friday) – 10/14 (Sunday) at Wilderness Ridge. Boys from 6th to
8 th grades and their dads are welcome. Come and learn ways to communicate
and love between fathers and sons. The cost is $60 for dad, $45 for son,
$25 each additional son. Please take a brochure from the lobby table.

Mentoring A Child: Interested
in helping a young child succeed in school? Gordon Elementary has set
aside time from 2-2:45pm each school day for “enrichment” activities.
Volunteers, in one-on-one setting, will listen as a child reads, and read
good literature to the child. Material will be provided. For more information,

Will conduct a Mandarin Praise
& Worship to release their new CD Album “Let the Whole World Know”
