1. Welcome: We welcome our guests who are visiting with us for the first time. Please join us for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.

2.   2008 Budget Proposal: Please stay behind for the congregation meeting immediately after each of the worship services for affirmation of the 2008 Church budget today.

3 .    Celebration of New Life special meeting: Please come and celebrate new additions to the HCC family: babies born and brothers and sisters baptized in 2007. All are welcome. Come and meet the new families and celebrate with us today at 2:00 pm in the chapel.

4. Christmas Sunday Services: We will be having our two regular worship services on December 23: *English Service at 9:15 am: This is a great opportunity for families to worship together as the service will be family-friendly. Only pre-school classes and the nursery are available for this service. *Chinese Service at 11:00 am: Families will worship together and the kids will be dismissed to their program after the children's sermon. Pre-school classes and nursery available at 11 am, elementary children's program beginning at 11:40 am. *Sunday School at 9:15 and 11:00 am: Classes will be held as usual.

5. Youth Department Announcement:

*Resignation of Youth Director : For personal reasons, the Youth Director had submitted his resignation. The Church Council accepted his resignation, effective December 2, 2007. The Youth Department will arrange a meeting with the parents to provide an update on the future direction of the Youth Ministry. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.   * Youth Minister Candidate: David Carter has been invited to come back to HCC as a formal candidate of the youth minister position on 1/11-13,2008.   * Youth Winter Retreat 2007: Our annual youth retreat is here soon!  Dec 27-30 to be exact.  Only few weeks left so please sign up quick!  Forms can be found on the youth bulletin wall or on the youth website at hcchome.org/youth.  If you have any questions please contact Stanley at stanleyc@hcchome.org.
