1.   Welcome: We welcome our guests who are visiting with us for the first time. Please join us for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.

2.    2010-2011 Elders/Deacons Confirmation: Last Sunday there were 221 members participated in voting: 203 for votes, 19 partially yes votes. There were 8 non-members voted. All of the candidates were confirmed. May the Lord guide them and give them strength.

3.    New College Students' Luncheon: All new college students are invited to a special luncheon today, in Trailer Room412 from 12:30pm to1:30pm. Please come and find out what HCC vision is.

4.   Handbell Choir: Any youth or adult could sign up to learn to play handbell. We will practice on Fridays from 7:00pm-8:00pm in Rm. 214. Please register in the lobby today.

5.    Awana: Registration for Awana Clubs continues today in the lobby after the Noon Service, for clubbers age 4 by September 1 through 5th grade this year. Club begins on September 11 and runs through May 21, 2010. Cost is $60 for the school year and includes all materials, awards, and uniforms. Clubbers registered by today will receive 10 Awana Shares.

7•  Mission Department: Is planning for the 2010 short-term mission (STM) budget.  If you are planning for a STM trip next year and would like to apply for financial support, please contact Hui-Min Chou horsey724@gmail.com with the following information: Mission Field, Dates, Objectives(s), Partner Organization and Estimate Expense by 9/27/09 for review. If you would like to learn more about mission trips, please come to our STM booth during 9/13 to 9/27 in the lobby.

8•  Youth Ministry Program Schedule : Beginning in September, the youth ministry program schedule will be changing. We do this through three steps – Enter, Engage, and Involve. Entering happens on Sunday mornings where the youth will join English Service 9:15-10:30am and then come to Oxygen 11:00am-12:15pm.  Friday nights are designed to help students Engage and will be reserved for Discipleship Groups for both high school and middle school from 8:00pm-10:00pm.  Sign-ups for D-Groups are going on now.

9..    Youth Leaders : We still need people to serve as Crowd Program Leaders and Discipleship Group leaders.  We also need substitute teachers for Oxygen.  If interested, please contact David Carter at davidc@hcchome.org.
