Welcome: We
welcome our guests who are visiting with us for the first
time. Please join us for lunch in the Chapel after the noon service.

Awana Clubs: Registration
for 2010-2011 Awana Clubs starts today for 3 Sundays (8/15, 8/22, 8/29)
in the lobby from 12:15-1:00 pm. Cost is $60 for the school year. Register
by 8/29 and receive $10 in Awana Shares! Awana begins on 9/17 (Friday).

Membership Class: Will be
on Saturday, 8/21 from 1:00pm -4:00pm at Room 111. If you are interested,

Kidnection Pizza Party: The
children's ministries (pre-K to 5th grade) will celebrate the end of summer
with a pizza party next Sunday, 8/22, during Sunday School (11:00am-12:15pm).
If they have food allergies, please let their teacher know beforehand.
Pick-up time is as usual after the noon service/English SS.

Youth Choir :
Will start on 8/29 (Sunday), 12:45pm-1:30pm, in the Youth Center .

Youth Ministry:
Is looking
for 10-14 Oxygen teachers, 6-12 D-group leaders, 5 CPLs, a Music Servant
Team Shepherd, and an Outreach Servant Team Shepherd for the 2010-2011

Children's Ministry: Kid-nection
Children's Ministry ~ Psalm 145:4,5a "One generation will commend
your works to another; they will tell of your mighty acts. They will speak
of the glorious splendor of your majesty." Pass the baton. Teachers'
training will be in August. Sunday School Classes start on 9/5. Please

HCC + Sister
Churches Leadership Conference: Will be held at HCC from 9/17-18.
Leadership at all levels are encouraged to attend to better understand
and provide the opportunity for constructive dialogue and interaction
to improve how we resolve our conflicts in our ministries. Sign-up in
the lobby. Registration Fee: None (free will donation accepted), Lunch/refreshments:

Community Service: Praise the Lord for His provision!
We have all the items that HeartGift boy needs for his room. Thank you
for your love and offering. We are setting Google Doc for (1)Food
Delivery and (2) Rides from his place (5 minutes from HCC) to Texas Children
