ADORATION

Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts." 1 Chronicles 16:9

Praise the Lord for his wonderful acts done in our lives, in our church, and around the world.

Praise the Lord for his faithfulness in last weekend's ministries: (1) Praise God for speaking through Pastor Tow and Minister Mou on how to be good stewards of our spiritual gifts. May we serve the Lord together as one body and examine our gifts we received from God. (2) Praise God for the council meeting. Pray that the Lord will bless the new council to magnify His name. (3) Praise for the Youth lock-in and for bringing many to participate. May they remember what they learned and applied to their lives.

CONFESSION

Confess our sins to the Lord, when we've been impatient, unloving, and critical of ourselves and others

Thank the Lord for his forgiveness, redemption through the blood of Christ, and the riches of God's grace.

THANKSGIVING

"I will praise God's name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving." Psalm 69:30

Glorify God and make him look good by giving thanks to him for who he is and all that he has done

SUPPLICATION

"Hear the cry and the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence this day." 1 Kings 8:28

Around the World

1. Anguilla : Pray for the British territory that the island and its church to have vision for evangelism, committed discipleship and taking the gospel to other parts of the world.

2. Pray for Iraq . May God intervene so the war would soon end and peace be upon the people. May God comfort the families of servicemen and women who have lost their lives.

3 Praise God that the New Heart Team has been sowing and harvesting for the Lord in Taiwan . May God continue to strengthen each of the team member and watch over them families and loved ones.

4.Pray for the increasing crime rate in our city. May God help us to shine for Him in this dark world. Pray especially for the family of the mother who was shot by her 15 year old daughter. May God's love be able to penetrate to the family in the midst of the tragedy.

In Our Church and other ministries

5. Pray for Pastor Hsueh as he prepares to preach in both services on Sunday. Pray for wisdom as he waits before the Lord. May the Lord grant him His words to speak on the Sanctity of Life.

6. Pray for God's guidance for the church council and their installation this Sunday. May they rely on our Lord as the serve in His church.

7. Pray for the Noon Choir enlistment. May God send singers especially the male voices to this important ministry.

8.Pray for the baptismal candidates: Ted Louie, Susan Louie, Jerry Fong and Henry Kin. They will be baptized on 1/22. May God prepares their hearts and that their faith continues to grow and be able bear fruit for God.

9.Pray for the preparations of Chinese New Year Celebration on 1/21 by AiLin Fellowship; Cantonese Fellowships on 1/27 and Mandarin Fellowships on 1/28. Pray that the program will be meaningful and that many will be benefited.

10.Praise God for bringing Pastor Hsueh and Cynthia safely back from Germany . May God's word continue to in peoples' heart. May God show us how to respond to the needs of the mission filed.

11.Pray for the Good Friday and Easter preparation. May God show us His way in how to remember His death on the cross and to celebrate His resurrection.

Individuals .

12. Pray for Nancy Liu and her family. Nancy 's mother went to be with the Lord on 1/17. We thank God for Mrs. Hsu's faithful service in leading young people to the Lord all her life. We pray that God will comfort the family. Remember Yvonne Lee and her family in your prayer for the lost of her grandmother. May God's love and peace be with the family.

13. Pray that the physically weak and/or ill: James Chen, Luella Hwang, Dena Chong, Hushan Yang, Stella Law, Dennis Huang, Shirley Huang, Mrs. Ting Chung Liao, Grace Chen, Linda Kilbourne, Doris Tam, Mrs. Chen L. Wu, Mrs. Lee Ying Wang and Sai Kong. Pray that the Lord strengthen them and sustain them.

14. Pray for those who are seeking employment: Shih-Hsin Kao, Katherine Mui and others. Pray that they be granted patience and uplifted heart even in difficult times.

15.Praise God for the birth of James Sun to Li Ni and Xi Xiao Sun on 1/16 and baby Aaron to Shiqiang Tian and Linzhi Han on 1/16. Continue to pray for the expectant mothers: Cecilia Cheung, I Han and Yinglan Liang from Cambridge fellowship, Jane Huang, Ariel Huang, Jenny Lew, and Huay Ming Loh. Pray that for their good heath and good spirit.
