ADORATION

"Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker" Psalm 95:6

Praise and worship the Lord for being the Creator of the universe and Maker of us all

Praise the Lord for last weekend's ministries: (1) Praise God for Pastor Hong's message last Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Several people made decisions to accept Christ. He also challenged us to grow deeper in Christ. (2) Praise God for the song presentation of the EE fellowship in the worship service. (3) Praise God for the Parent Teacher meeting for the children's Sunday School. Pray the meeting helps the parents to unite to raise the children in a Godly way.

CONFESSION

"Yet he was merciful; he forgave their iniquities and did not destroy them." Psalm 78:38

Confess to the Lord our sins of busyness, not spending time with him or sharing His good news with others.

Thank Him for his mercy and forgiveness, for being the God of many chances in our lives.

THANKSGIVING

"Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever." Psalm 106:1

Thank the Lord for his goodness and love in our lives, our church, and around the world.

SUPPLICATION

"As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by failing to pray for you." 1 Samuel 12:23

Around the World

1. Belarus : One of the former Slavic nations of the former Soviet Union who are losing the religious freedom they obtained after their   independence. Pray for the training of Belarusian's in full- or part-time ministry and that they would become bold and godly leaders.

2. Pray for Iraq . There are still lost of lives every week from violence. May God intercede and bring peace.

3. Pray for God's grace and comfort for the Mexican families who lost loved ones in the coal mine collapse.

Our Church and Other Ministries

6. Praise God for the baptism of Stella Law Smither during the noon service. May God watch over her and strengthen her. Pray that God protects her as she moves into an apartment.

7. Pray for the Bible Conference on 3/3 and 3/4 at HCC. Pray for Pastor John Lai as he prepares to come and deliver God's message. 

    May many be able to come and feast in God's word.

8. Pray for more co-workers in the children's ministry: Pray that God would raise people who love him and his children, and who desire to minister to these precious ones. Pray for the current co-workers, that God would give them wisdom as they serve, teach, and coordinate.

9.   Pray for the Good Friday and Easter preparation: (a) instrumental ensemble, and drama practice. (b) Choral and orchestra recruitment;   

      (c) PowerPoint and publicity; (d) Lighting, audio and staging.

10. Pray for the new Sunday school quarter which begins on Sunday. May God bless all the teachers and pray that they would be able to teach God's word clearly and inspire their students to grow spiritually.

11.May God watch over the EE ministry. May the trained workers continue to stay fervent in reaching out. Pray that new students join this ministry. May God open doors for the weekly outreach visit opportunities.

Individuals

12.Pray for Thomas Kwan who is in Hong Kong as his mother is weakening. Pray that God strengthens her and her family. Pray that the   scarred tissue of Linda Kilbourne's hand be softened and that the tendon to function. Pray for Jing Tong for a smooth and quick recovery from the operation to remove the gall bladder. Pray for the mother of Lolin Bennett who will be moving to a nursing home. Pray for her adjustment to a new environment. Pray for the father of James Howard who has been hospitalized for lung problem.

13. Pray for the physically weak and ill: Stella Law, James Chen, Luella Hwang, Hushan Yang, Dennis Huang, Shirley Huang, Mrs. Ting Chung Liao, Grace Chen, Doris Tam, Mrs. Chen L. Wu, Mrs. Lee Ying Wang, and Sai Kong. Pray that God comforts them and lessens their pain. May God surround them with family and loved ones.

14. Thank God for providing William Liu with new employment. Continue to pray for those who are still waiting: Shih-Hsin Kao, Katherine Mui, and others. Pray that God provide for their needs and grant them patience.

15. Pray for the office operation at HCC. May God provide the needed co-workers for the work translation

16 .Praise God for a baby boy born to Pastor Doug and Jenny Lew. Pray for good health of the expectant mothers: Kelly Ma, Cecelia Lee and Ariel Huang. Pray for the parents with newborns to enjoy their experience in the midst of caring for the babies.
