ADORATION

"Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel , from everlasting to everlasting. Then all the people said "Amen" and "Praise the LORD." 1 Chronicles 16:36

Praise the Lord for his everlasting nature, the God with no beginning or end.

Praise the Lord for last weekend's ministries: (1) Message on spiritual growth. May we all respond to the challenge put before us; (2) Praise God for the Youth choir and for the singing of the Genesis Song.

CONFESSION

"Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered." Psalm 32:1

Confess any wrong thoughts or acts committed against God, others, and ourselves.

Thank the Lord for his forgiveness of our many transgressions.

THANKSGIVING

"Open for me the gates of righteousness; I will enter and give thanks to the LORD." Psalm 118:19

Thank the Lord for his righteousness credited to us through the blood of Jesus Christ.

Give thanks to the Lord for his many blessings in our lives.

SUPPLICATION

"So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer." Ezra 8:23

Around the World

1. Belgium : Pray that the light of the gospel may shine clearly in this culturally Catholic country. Pray for many indigenous Belgians to minister to the Flemish-speaking congregations and for the Bible training institutions.

2. Pray for Missionaries overseas. Thank God for those whose health has been brought back to normal. Pray that the medicine for others are effective. Pray for good health and God's protection for all the missionaries in South East Asia, Eastern Europe and other locations.

4. Pray for Pastor Hsueh as he is preparing to speak in the English service on Sunday. May God grant him insight and grace.

5. Praise God for Pastor John Lai's teaching and message on Friday and Saturday. Many were able to come and receive spiritual nourishment from God's word.

6. Pray for Pastor Tow as he has set aside time to study for his doctoral program. May God give him wisdom to balance his ministry, study and family.

7. Pray for Palm Sunday (Passion Sunday), Good Friday and Easter preparation. Graded children's choir will be singing on April 9; for  the instrumental ensemble, handbell choir and drama presentation on Good Friday; Youth, Adult and handbell choir, the orchestra and   message on Easter Sunday. Pray that all the participants and co-workers prepare diligently and with focus.

8. Pray for the church council meeting this Saturday (3/11). May God guide them, granting them unity and efficiency.

9. Pray for the needed assistant/intern in the summer months for music worship, Chinese, and youth ministries. May God provide and  prepare the hearts of people to serve.

Individuals

10. Pray for travel safety during Spring break. May God protect and grant fun time, rest and bonding for families and friends.

11. Pray for Grace Chen who is receiving chemotherapy; James Chen who is also receiving chemotherapy after another operation. Pray for Paul Wolfe who injured his back. May God lessen their discomfort and pain.

12. Pray for the physically weak: Stella Law, Luella Hwang, Hushan Yang, Dennis Huang, Shirley Huang, Mrs. Ting Chung Liao, Grace Chen, Doris Tam, Mrs. Chen L. Wu, Mrs. Lee Ying Wang, Kin Tung and Sai Kong. Pray that God would heal their bodies in His  timing and for courage to face each new day in the confidence of His love.

13. Continue to pray for those who are seeking employment: Shih-Hsin Kao, Katherine Mui, and others. Pray that their faith remain strong  and that they trust our God to provide.

14. Pray for the office operation at HCC. May God provide the needed co-workers to do the translation work.

15. Pray for the families with newborn babies. May God grant them extra energy and wisdom to care for the little ones. Pray for the expectant mothers: Kelly Ma, Cecelia Lee, Ariel Huang, and Susanna Lau. Pray for good health and joyful spirit.
