ADORATION

To you I lift up my eyes, O you who are enthroned in the heavens! Psalm 123:1

Let us offer our praise and adoration to our Heavenly father who is our king and reigns all

CONFESSION

How many are my iniquities and my sins? Make me know my transgression and my sin. Job 13:23

May the Lord reveal to us our sins especially sins we have committed unknowingly.

THANKSGIVING

that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever! Psalm 30:12

Sing praise to our God without ceasing because we can approach Him in confidence and receive mercy and find grace, peace in Him.

SUPPLICATION

Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is

weak. Mathew 26:41

Around the World

1. Republic of Bulgaria : is a Balkan state adjoining Turkey , Greece , Macedonia , Serbia and Romania . The government is moving toward democracy and away from the domination of Orthodox in religion. It has promised to end religious discrimination. Pray for the training institutions to train church leaders, a clearer vision for the growth of churches and cultivating leadership that is personality driven toward plurality of leadership and a discernment of the truth.

2.  Pray for the northeastern states where residents are affected by severe snow storms. May God grant them patience as workers are trying to restore and recover.

3.  Kit Ling and Jerry Swenson are facing threats, harassments from officials in their mission field. Those whom they minister to are being persecuted so pray for God's protection, extra wisdom and courage as they continue to labor for His Kingdom.

Our Church and Other Ministries

4. Praise God for last week's ministries: (a) the lesson to be witnesses of God through the sermon delivered by Pastor Hsueh; (b) the baptism of David Tong and Eva Wang and introduction of new members: Thuy Phan and Cheng-yi Li; (c) the Solitude Retreat and (d) the Council meeting on Saturday.

5.   The fellowship groups will be celebrating Chinese New Year this weekend. May these events draw us closer to God and to each other. May we be good witnesses to our new friends.

6.   The Easter choir will begin rehearsal this Sunday. May God put the desire to praise God in the hearts of brothers and sisters, especially in the Easter season.

7. Praise God for the great turn out of the English Buddy ministry. We need many more volunteers to meet the needs of participants. Pray for the willingness

9. Pray for the Evangelistic Talent Show on Friday, 3/2. May the gospel message be clearly presented and that many seekers will attend. May God provide co-workers.

10. The Biblical Theology class will begin this Tuesday evening, 2/13. May the Lord grant Pastor Hsueh strength as he prepares to teach. May the class be a blessing to the brothers and sisters who desire to study God's word more deeply.

11. The Mission department is planning and coordinating various short- term mission trips. May God's will be known and that He prepare the heart of His people to respond to His calling.

12. Pray for the Family Life Ministry and the Rainbow Life Fellowship on Wednesday. Pray that the ministry can be used to strengthen fellowship and foster spiritual growth.

Individuals

13. Remember the family of Mrs. Chun-Yu Liao and Brother I No Huang who have lost loved ones recently. May the families be cared for and that they are sustained by God's presence and love.

14. Pray for Xin ShuQing Geng and her further treatments. Pray that her faith remains strong and firm. Pray for peace and faith to those recuperating or under treatment: Iris Li, Ching-Ting Liao , Lingwen Li's mother, Jian Huang's mother, Cherng Ching Huang's father, Josephine Chan's mother , Ding Qin Shen's father-in-law, Xuedong Dai and his mother, Cynthia Chan's father, JoAnna Quan's father, Ed Fong's grandfather, Aimee Yuan (eye treatment), Shirley Huang (dialysis), Ting Liang, Xuedong Dai (back problem), Liang Zhang, Hushan Yang, Lee Ying Wang, Julia Xu Liu (under treatment), Eddie Tong, Siu-Fong Ng (Klairon Tang's mother) and Jing Li.

15. May God open doors for Weilie Pang and grant her patience while she waits for job opportunities.

16. Pray for the expectant mothers: Connie Chau, Ingrid Song, Haoling Wang (Diao) Linzhi Han, Rose He, Pei-Chi Chung Hsueh, Sabrina Hsueh and Shuangyan Wang.

17.   Many brothers and sisters are traveling during the Chinese New Year. May the Lord protect and grant them meaningful and enjoyable time with families and friends.
