CARING

Men
are corrupted from their sins. It resulted in physical deterioration and
sickness, human emotional disturbance, unharmonious relationship, and
spiritual brokenness. When we ourselves or others are in a broken state,
man is looking for healing. Our God is a good God. God created men to
be whole and be joyful in life. It requires restoration and healing process
to bring back a person in a wholesome life. This process is what we call
“caring”. Man is only a caregiver. Only God is the curegiver.
Caring from human endeavors is sometimes limited. God is not only a caring
God. He is also a healing God. His Spirit works through caregivers to
bring the broken soul to God experiencing his power of healing. Why is
Christian caring unique? It is grounded on the resurrection power of Jesus
Christ who is victorious over sins and death. He cures and gives us new
life. Would you try some unique Christian caring: praying to God for his
comfort and healing; reading his word to gain strength; believing his
desire of blessing you; forgiving others and to be forgiven for healing;
giving the real hope for people; may be a cold glass of water for a little
one. God will make you a channel of blessings for others through your
caring heart.
